LIVE VAN HALEN DVD COMING!:
Good news folks - the David Lee Roth fronted Van Halen 2008 tour will be captured and released on DVD! One reader Eric, who just returned from the latest show sent me this message: "At tonight's show in NJ, Dave told the audience that it was the first night to be shot for a live DVD release.. I was very impressed by Eddie tonight.. he looked and sounded like the Ed from 1995.. Dave was, well, Dave... Wolfe did a good job, but Mike was badly missed, and Alex held the whole thing together..."
Sounds good to me!

you don't have to tell me nothing...i was very fortunate to see them..and to be honest it brought a tear to my eye...i know and realize it was all about the money,but now you will be able to buy a DVD at about 15 bucks or so and enjoy it anytime you want...i know i will buy one

Had tix to see them in Grand Rapids and it was postponed intil June. Well I can't go so I will be getting the dvd. Thanks for this info. :103631605

no problem...i agree this is 25 years too late..it should have been the oakland shows or the US festival...but get the DVD you will not be disappointed..
